Shipping time ranges from 3 to 6 business days outside Jeddah.
Except for Friday, there is no shipping available and it is a holiday for all shipping companies.
We deliver your order to the shipping company on the same day of payment.
Or the next day if that day is not Friday.
Thursday evening and Friday orders are submitted to shipping companies on Saturday.
Home delivery service is available in most cities in the Kingdom.
Important note:
Our priority is ensuring that shipping companies deliver on time. However, delays may occur due to congested shipping schedules, reasons beyond our control, or the current exceptional circumstances facing the country. Any order delays resulting from the shipping company or exceptional circumstances are not the store's responsibility. The store will follow up with the customer, and will compensate them in the event of a lost order.
Once the product is shipped, received by the shipping company, or delivered from the site, if the customer has any request, update, modification, complaint, or any other reason related to the shipment, or if the shipping company requests additional information from the customer, the customer must respond and remain in contact with the shipping company immediately "until the shipment is received by them." In the event of any negligence or failure by the customer, or failure to respond to the shipping company's requirements, or providing incorrect information, any costs resulting from this or any error committed by the customer shall be borne by the customer, and the amount of costs or damage caused by the customer shall be deducted from the amount paid.
