How to use Alendronate Sodium 70 mg Tablets
Always take this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you.
Consult your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
The tablet should be taken orally once a week, preferably at the same time each week.
The tablet should be swallowed whole with a full glass of water, while the patient is sitting or standing in an upright position.
The tablet should not be chewed or crushed.
Doses may be changed in special circumstances, so always follow the instructions of your doctor or pharmacist.
If you take more medicine than you should, talk to your doctor or go to the hospital right away.
If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for your next dose.
Do not take a double dose (two doses at the same time) to make up for a missed dose.

Store at room temperature, 15-30°C (59-86°F).
Store away from light and moisture.

Do not use this medicine after the expiry date which is stated on the carton/blister/label. The expiry date refers to the last day of that month.
