Otrivine 0.1% Metered Dose Nasal Spray is used for different types of cold symptoms.
It is designed to be inserted into the nostrils where it has a vasoconstrictive effect and thus decongests the mucous membranes of the nose and throat.
This effect allows patients with a cold to breathe more easily through the nose.
Otrivine starts working within a few minutes and lasts for several hours.
Otrivin contains ingredients that help prevent dryness of the nasal mucosa thanks to its prolonged effect.
Directions for use:
For adults and children over 6 years:
One spray of Otrivine Metered Dose 0.1% in each nostril: 4 times daily is sufficient.
Warnings and Precautions:
If you have had head-related surgery, it is up to your doctor to decide whether or not you can use Otrivin.
Otrivine should not be used in cases of dry nasal mucosa or closed-angle glaucoma, and should not be used in cases of dry nasal mucosa or closed-angle glaucoma.
It is used in patients who are allergic to any of the components of Otrivine.
As with other cold remedies, Otrivine may cause sleep problems, vision problems, or dizziness, which may be a sign of an allergy to this product.
Otrivine should be used with caution in case of high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, hyperthyroidism or diabetes.
Otrivin should not be used for more than one week without medical advice.
