Sufdenir is a cephalosporin antibiotic used to treat many different types of bacterial infections in pediatric patients, as listed below:
- Acute bacterial otitis media.
- Acute maxillary sinusitis.
- Pharyngitis/Tonsillitis.
- Uncomplicated dermatitis and skin structure.
Usage guidelines:
- Follow all instructions on the prescription label and read all medication directions or instruction leaflets. Use the medication exactly as prescribed.
- Shake the oral suspension (liquid) before measuring the dose. Use the provided marked measuring spoon or a medicine dose-measuring device (not a kitchen spoon).
- You can take Omnisef with or without food. Use this medicine for the full prescribed length of time, even if you feel better.
- Symptoms appear quickly.
- Skipping doses can increase your risk of developing drug-resistant infections.
- Svedil will not treat viral infections such as the flu or the common cold.
The recommended dosage and duration of treatment for infectious cases in patients are described.
The children are in the following table;
- Total daily dose for all types of conditions
- The infection is treated with a 14 mg/kg dose, up to a maximum dose of 600 mg.

- Instructions for preparing Omnisef:
- To solve it, turn the bottle upside down and shake it to break up the powder.
- Add 36.5 ml of cooled boiled water in two portions, shaking the bottle after each addition to obtain

- When preparing the suspension for the first time, leave it for five minutes to ensure it is completely homogeneous.
- After preparation, the suspension can be stored at room temperature.
- The bottle must be kept tightly closed, and the suspension must be shaken well before each use.
