Twice a day, morning and evening, until acute symptoms subside.

Eat foods rich in fiber. Eat more fruits, vegetables, and whole grains.
Use topical treatments.

Soak regularly in a warm bath or sitz bath.
Taking oral pain relievers. For example: pain relief
