Product Description:

• Gaviscon Original Analgesic Tablets provide fast, long-lasting relief from the pain and discomfort of heartburn and acid indigestion.
• It can be used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), a condition in which acidic stomach contents flow back up into the esophagus, and to treat flatulence caused by GERD.
• This medicine belongs to a group of medicines called reflux inhibitors.

Instructions for use:

• For adults and children over 12 years: Take 2 to 4 tablets after meals, just before bedtime, or as directed by a physician.
• Children under 12 years of age should not take this product unless advised by a doctor.
• Suitable for use during pregnancy and breastfeeding
• If you are taking other medications by mouth, leave at least 2 hours between taking this product and other medications.

Warnings and Precautions:

• Do not keep refrigerated.

• Keep all medicines safely out of reach of children.

• Patients on a low-sodium diet should consult their physician before taking this product.

• This product should not be taken by patients who are allergic to any of its ingredients.

• Patients with phenylketonuria (PKU) should be careful when using this product.

• Sodium alginate 250mg, sodium hydrogen carbonate 133.5mg, calcium carbonate 80mg, also contains mannitol E421, macrogols 20000, copovidone aspartame E951, cool mint flavour, magnesium stearate, acesulfame potassium.
• These tablets are sugar and gluten free.
