How to make effervescent magnesium citrate
Magnesium citrate may be prescribed to prevent recurrence of oxidized kidney stones and relieve constipation because it is an osmotic laxative.

Oxaluria, the presence of oxalate salts in the urine.
Mild laxative to relieve constipation.
How to use Abimag effervescent granules

Recommended dosage:
The contents of one sachet should be dissolved in half a cup of water and given 3 times daily.

If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for your next dose.
